A long time since my last post

With all the issues and turbulance of life I have not had time to post or actually a real want to.  The reality of the job front has really not changed and the economy itself is stagnant no matter what anyone does.  So why should anyone care about the rantings and ravings of someone who tried to put forward some potential ideas.

The other reality is the simple fact that constructive ideas seem to mean nothing in this economy.  One either has to be a party line individual or be categorized in the new society as a radical.  Wow.  Freedom and liberties don’t cross over very easily these days.  A leader without morals and a country without reserves and what do we get the wonderful United States of America trying deparately to do nothing and be everything.  Didn’t I see this happen to the old Eastern European block and countries in South America.  Yes and they crumbled and then there was just Western Europe that has bent and knelt down and what did they do they buckled to everyone and are running scared.  Great take us to a place that no one wanted in a way that no one can afford and we should all be greatful.

Intelligence and understanding mean nothing so that is why I don’t post anymore since the fight seems lost no matter what I do…

Two new areas of hiring….

The light of day has passed over and the next thing you know there seem to be only two areas that want to hire anyone.  The first is somewhere that has been needing help for ages and the next an area that has been brought forward by a failure of a leader but someone who still got the Noble Peace prize.

So as luck would have it if you believe the rhetoric there are major problems with both.  Sure Health care has needed help for ages.  To spend so much and find such limited potential is huge.  This does not mean that the system is broken but there are major problems.  I get sick and sue the doctor for incompetence really seems to be the state of affairs and so Torte Reform might be a viable answer.  We are human so people make mistakes but to look for a mistake everywhere unfortunately leads to those that need to the system having to pay for those that want something from nothing.  Does it cost money to create new drugs well sure it does but does it take 15 years from concept to delivery to have it done.  Not the last time I thought about something.  But hey go through those trials and a pill costs you $40 but with your insurance you pay $40 for a months supply.  Wow now if someone could afford the insurance.

So medical in all its forms needs help.  That has been discussed before by why not insert it again.

Next we come to the greatest scam ever created by man against himself.  The greenhouse effect and all of the regulations that are being enacted for the profits of who knows who but everyone is paying.  So throughout the existance of the planet the climate has never changed.  Well lets see ice ages, seas where they weren’t before or later on, shifts in land to actually create all of the present continents, the extinction of species that were never seen by anyone and no one knows about but that is all okay since a grand leader from the past who sucked on the apathy of people came about to show us how bad we all are.

Does it matter that people may have to change with the planet instead of the planet trying to be evolved around people.  No that isn’t right.  Its all from people not from the planet itself actually evolving as well.

Here is a simple news flash.  People survive and will if they need to.  Unfortunately even the poorest nations in the world that have no right to any say or want are yelling about something and stupid enough people listen and claim it is our need to fix it.  Two of the up and coming nations that are leading the rest of the world towards this so called phenominon do the most damage.  Didn’t see that one coming.  The planet will change regardless of whether or not my car leaves a carbon footprint.  The evolution of a planet needs to actually change with other factors.

So spend Billions on things that give little to nothing to a solution and rape the societies that are stupid enough to accept it.  Survival is of the fittest not those that complain the best.  Damage has been done by man but the planet itself recovers.  Can we change the planet?  Last time I saw anything the change that occurs will always be natural and that which sustains the system so in the broades terms no we can’t change a darn thing….

To jump onto either bandwagon seems like jumping into an abyss that has no bottom but what the heck might as well since there seem to be no other answers out there……

Where to set one’s priorities for acceptance…

The stars align and yet there are no indications that anything is changing for the positive in the broad stream of existance.  Profound with no concept behind it really except for life.

An interesting premise that life should teach those of us who live it an embrace its reality.  Yet living life supposedly is not accepting of life.  Well that does not make sense when put into the context of business, politics and religion.

Work for me and let me rape you economically.  Sure there are no gaurantees and life is difficult but make money for my overseas company and it will all be fine.  Oh I forgot to tell you that I represent no one and have no real ability to give you anything and when or if you get paid then that will be a wonder unto itself.

Ah and then there are the religions that fight a man who is good and decent and yet since it is not their religion it is wrong.  Seems sort of wrong to say that someone is not a valid candidate for heaven since their belief is not one of your own.  But sure enough chastised and verbally abused because of a stance that is old and indoctrinated.  One may not find comfort in their indoctrinated religion but it is still better than the alternatives being provided.

Next comes politics.  A game unto itself that has no winners except economically and throughout only losers by those that elect the incompentent to lead them to better pastures.  Can it be that politicians are blind to the wants of their people.  It must be since their people can not give them the money that others are promising.  Can it be that ambition in a country that used to be free is shut down.  Not entirely but that seems to be coming and close at hand.  Don’t take care of the people who have paid into the system and hurt those that legally elected constituents for now is the time that everyone will pay for the illegals to get more rights and ability then those that game them those rights.  Yes hurt the people who have paid for their ability to express a voice and a message and don’t listen to it.  Unless it is in spanish it doesn’t seem to resonate with anyone of power.  Unfortunately now is not the time to forget those that gave you power for this is the time that people remember when you try to take away what they have built.

If I am wrong so be it.  But since I believe I am right watch out.

The working incompetents and how to contend with them..

Throughout this wonderful adventure called unemployment I have tried to figure out how so many incompetent people have been able to keep their jobs while those with skill and ability are left to fight for scraps. 

A simple example of the arrogant and incompetence found just today.  Emailed by a company about a position that I have done for 15 plus years.  Easy enough to do no matter what industry.  So I am told not by anyone that can make a decision or negotiate anything but by a position just slightly above a secretary that even though the company I would be considered an employee for would not offer benefits of any type that oh a steady below average rate for the position should be acceptable and yes I should still pay for my own benefits.  So since this no nothing person wanted to fight the issue I threw back the argument of why would I want to work for them long term if I was to be considered less than adequate to provide or give the availability of benefits.  Why should I take their job, making far less than before knowing their margins and costs and not be able to receive a pay raise either all the while having to provide my own benefits.  Well she couldn’t understand how I would not want plausible uncertainty with little verifiable absoluteness compared to a current state of affairs.

I guess I am just to honest.  Knowing the economic situation out there and the job they claimed was theirs was just like telling me they could catch a fart in the wind.  To not know my background and to doubt my understanding of what they were trying to do was just as much of an insult as being spit in the face.  Indirectly it was being spit in the face by the incompetence of this person.  Thus I gave them the reasons I knew what I wanted and they gave me nothing in response.  Companies like that are destroying this country as much as the offshoring companies who are now so much into the temping business. 

There actually is a simple solution to this.  Revoke all work visas and send everyone home.  The jobs can be filled by Americans and done well.  Cut costs by sending the work overseas or by bringing in H1B workers just continues to destroy this country and kill our own industries from inside.  This has also brought the American based companies down to the level of those other companies trying to compete and reduced the standards of living in this country.

To fight this issue tell me how I am wrong and we will go from there.  Until an argument has substance don’t bother me.

To healthcare or not healthcare reform that is the question..

The continued debate by so many brought forward by the President seems to be based on a fact that Americans are too stupid to do what is right for themselves and thus we need to be guided.  Without worrying about tomorrow let the government take from those that worked hard and built areas of the country and give it to those that need it more.  But who there gets to decide what is needed and by who? 

So lets just say that the health care coverage is put into place.  It doesn’t get started until 2013 so no one can benefit from it immediately.  The money will be taken immediately though and build a buraucracy that would be as bad if not worse then anything in place.

We know social programs like this do not work.  Medicaid, medicare, social security all put into place to “AID” and all over used by a system that can not find ways to fund them.  How much will this really cost?  No one knows and the quality will drop since no one will have a clue about what to do.  Sure there may be a few years of some good but really for how long.

So communism doesn’t work.  Lets try it we can make it work.  Socialism doesn’t work but lets not worry we can do better.  Someone can’t find a doctor that speaks English if that is their native and only tongue but there are plenty of others who can be your doctor. 

We get to have a rationed system of obscure checks and no real balances and no one gets any real care.

The country needs a change though that is true.  Cost of living goes up 3-5% per year and health insurance goes up 25-45%.  Seems like a major disconnect when the improvements seem so limited.  Why the increase?  That is simple enough too many people feel they were wronged by the doctors in some way so they sue.  There are instances where people were wronged but not everyone in the system.  Or the fact that it takes 10 years for a new drug to come onto the market.  That’s great if you are at the end of that cycle and there is a potential solution.

Worst part of all of this is those that will make policy and procedure have no understanding of any of the systems or even medicine.  Since I never had a hernia or anything related but did have hemeroids your hemeroids can be taken care of but your hernia will have to suffer.  Or even worse since the politicians won’t take the plan themselves as long as their voting constituents aren’t dying then it doesn’t matter. 

So the world has proven what is wanted by the powers that be doesn’t work and the people are yelling against it we seem stuck possibly.  Its a great plan since the government put it together.  Believe that one and I have a bridge in New York to sell you or some land in Florida.

Our system does work but needs to work better.  There is a difference between making something broken work and redesigning the system.

Overreaction by too many…

Why do so many not just react but overreact to any and every situation that occurs?  Getting press for these actions does not improve the state of affairs or give solace to those that a supposed wrong was done too.  So does it make sense to destroy a whole relationship with people, groups, countries and even nations.  If that were true then many wars and activities of death would not be so abundant in history or even today.

Business overreacts to market conditions and stifles growth of any kind stating that it is protecting itself.  When conditions get bad some companies do need to make cuts to stay afloat to continue creating not only a livelyhood for people but for simple sustainment.  However other companies have the ability to grow their areas and make huge strides in the market ultimately.  Instead of doing this the reaction is protect the profit margin, don’t let anyone take anything away from our pockets and let go hundreds or thousands to protect my salary.  Strange that has never worked before and there is no reason why it should work in this day and age.

Then there is religious bias.  Believe my way or god will punish you.  Believe in what I believe or you will not go to heaven.  Believe in my manner or your actions will not allow you to find whatever may be a heaven.  This throughout the ages has led to war, death, destruction, chaos.  Every religion in some way has been persecuted.  Almost every religion has used this as a way to persecute others.  Wow, what a thing to have as a salvation or guiding light.  A way to destroy others in some form because a belief is not similar. 

Politics a foundation for overreation in so many ways there seems no way to end the lies.  Built upon lies people are lead to believe one thing and given another.  The great illusionists of time.  See a promise land of potential with one hand and be given pain and grief by another.  If politics wasn’t so self serving then things would be fine.  Serve for a better interest, does not happen these days.  Especially when one can become a politician and a millionaire and never have worked a day in their life.  So to be lead down a hill that has no bottom by lies and deception because unfortunately no one who has the will to do the right and proper thing would want to be placed into a position that corrupts without intent.

One of the latest things that this all brings up is the reaction by people from India and what happened to their beloved star.  Protests about a mistake.  Well this has an easy solution.  Anyone who did the protests if they or any of their relatives work for a company that does outsourced work were in that fray they get fired.  Then at the same time remove all work visas from people from India and sent them home.  Then move companies out of the country and struggle to create something of their own instead of something that was started by others.  This could be a way of treating the situation but that would be an overreaction to a minor incident.  Someone did not get hurt or injured or seriously insulted but had to answer questions because of a list that is and has never been perfect.  But to react in such a way is as much an insult or more as the initial insult that occured.

The world can not continue to react to things like this in such a way.  People have to be intelligent.  Unfortunately that does not seem to be the ability of people.  Yell and scream, rant and rave, react and threaten.  Sure this is one way of doing things but it never has solved or helped anyone.

The silent voices are crying for change…

The cry from so many is for a change in the economy.  No one person, company or nation can change the situation and now with economies so interlinked the change must come from everywhere.

The struggle to keep up a posed response to calls does nothing for an individual.  The calls have little substance and even less answers about what is happening.  A new possible job where one company may have the shot has 100s of other companies with their shot.  Information is lacking, not because it isn’t wanted but because it is not there for anyone so on a hope some people may qualify just from the writing on a resume and others have no chance because the writing was eliminated from use.

Is it the people finding the people or the mix of everything in the system.  It could be both.  The age of instant communication has no one communicating.  Mediums to improve things have lost that ability because of the additional nuances deemed needed.  Simplicity gone awry.

Much like everything else these days.  Things seem to need to have the ability to change so much.  These things are everything from applications and programs to people.  And yet when a multifaceted item is presented that complexity is not enough.  The checklist comes out.  Does it have this, yes.  Does it have this, yes. Does it have this, no.  A continuous wonder about listed abilities.  An item can be used in multiple ways and a person can be trained or learn a new thing.  There may be 1 out of a 1000 that has everything but even then is it the right thing to accomplish it all.  Most of the time it is not.  Having what is right does not make it a fit for the system at hand.

So how do the voices get heard?  Everyone seems to have a technique and everyone seems to have an answer but unfortunately they confuse the basis and have a very myoptic view of the situation and end result.

A conceived new world paridigm

The problem with a new world paridigm is no one knows what to do.  Each group no matter how global in thought brings with it a secular construct.  People ask me are you sure of this?  And the unfortunate answer is YES.

To understand the construct look at the world as a whole.  Taking away the American war on terror which is working almost as well as the war on drugs did the unfortunate problem is what is left is reality of disillusion in so many places.

People do not get along no matter what anyone wants to say.  It could be racial in basis or it could be cultural it could be as simplistic and stupid as tribal and then there is the enigmatic force to it all and it could be religious.  Such a destructive nature nothing should work.  And in some parts of the world it doesn’t work.

Tribes fighting tribes, religions fighting religions, race fighting race.  It all comes down to a basic construct of not believing the others for some reason no matter how simple and trying to have dominance.  Even within those factions it is secular.

Can this change?  Well if it doesn’t then the whole concept of people is dead but it has to be more.  For African nations to have turmoil because one long ago tribe now has power is useless.  For what is claimed to be the religion of peace to have a jihaad where the death of those against an leader is correct is not working for peace.  For a group of people to treat others as inferior because of what is deemed lesser is not viable. 

 So what can be done for it all?  Unfortunately there is no unifying factor that everyone can grab hold of.  There is nothing that states this is a way to be or to act that is not religious.  So no one takes notice or cares.  Blind the those that exist and act around them to destroy something good and great.  It does not have to be anything monumental but if no one notices or cares then it should have been.

These are not words to discredit or destroy anything but to make everyone think……

When Management conflicts with what is Right..

So what happens when management is hired into a company that conflicts with the proper things to do in both business as well as society.  This comes about not from inability, well maybe some of it does, but from their lack of reasoning about what is better for the whole instead of what might be better for just them.

Having seen management outsource jobs in some instances is acceptable.  But to outsource and fire and then sell the higher price of outsourced labor as beneficial I start to wonder if their crack pipe is filled and they are just blind to realities.

How costs increases with lesser valued people is a good thing will continue to irritate me.  How biases based not only on ethnic but even religious thought can come into situations boggles me and disturbs my acceptance of their value.  How ignorance can be promoted by mulitple people when their own livelihood is threatened is unknown but happens because these people do not care about the company the people that work for them or anything else other than getting their paycheck.

So basically managers, Directors and VPs that adhere to these concepts are destroying the economy.  To have been stepped on by this type of ignorance too often has finally hardened me to these types of people and they will pay the price for their ignorance.  Go ahead and outsource the strength of a company.  When it comes time for the company to fall you those that stood on that door step will fall and fall hard.

There can be no pity for a person who destroys lives and has no thought or understanding of that destruction.  It doesn’t matter how they go down and it doesn’t matter if they can get back up.  It is time for those that have put this country into those types of straights to be put into their place.  Destroy them financially and maybe someday they will understand the meaning to the proper way of doing business.

This is not a threat to anyone in particular.  This is a promise for the future.

The only careers seeming viable these days..

There seem to be only two direct areas that are hiring or trying to hire anyone in this market.  Sales and Medical.

Medical seems to not only want to jump onto part of the government bandwagon of universal health care that has destroyed so many other countries but in its own warped way profit from the catastrophe.  This is not hospitals but the industry around those hospitals and doctors.  So the area is plunged into a vast array of do this or this should be done or this needs to be done or this has been done but no one has answers.  Track this and you need to do it this way because of these regulations in place and since the new system will be “government” run there is no chance that anyone will have any type of true care of privacy.

So what to do?  The industry leaders seem betwixed and uncertain.  Those that work in the industry itself are pushed to the edge by everything and no one wanting to be in the industry again.  It doesn’t seem to be the research side which should be somewhat cold since that should be science but it seems to have trickled into the provider side where if a drug or prescription can’t be given it sure is not viable to be treated.  But the larger problem seems to be the supporting industries that don’t have any more care or compassion for anyone but profit. 

What if one want to find a job in the new cold industry?  Well it seems to be a career base of only set people.  Those people will define their standard even though it may be wrong and push the edge of wages and salaries for the supporting industries.  No medical experience well there is the door don’t let it smack you in the back on the way out.

Then there is the sales side.  This has to be the most ruthless area of the world possible other than some sort of fight promoting or practical slave trade.  There are no wages paid since the products stink but hey someone is supposed to lie and they can change their life in any economy because people want their product.  Well if the product was so good then people don’t need to be sold the lies it would sell itself.  Of course there is probably a fine print clause that has it all stiffing someone.  With this the companies are relentless in trying to get people to do their lying oh selling really.  We have a job for you but no interest so you go out and lie to everyone and get us money.  When your done we’ll give you some.  But because you will be considered an employee you get nothing from us and starve and might as well curl up into a ball and die.

This is not how sales are done.  But even the corporate mentality has been to hit the market this way.  Lets not improve what we are doing, not add stability or even give great value just sell the crap and let the sales person take the heat and maybe we will pay them.  Somehow that reality just doesn’t sit well in my book.  If there are no benefits gained or money saved or actions improved then it doesn’t work and those lies will catch up with a company no matter what industry it is.
